Dr. Taylor Warman

Dr. Warman is an evidence-based chiropractor who is passionate about helping you move and feel better! Born in Oshawa, Dr. Taylor Warman attended the University of Ontario Institute of Technology where she obtained her Bachelor of Biological Science, specializing in Environmental Toxicology. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She is overjoyed to be able to return home to share her wealth of knowledge with her community!

Chiropractic has been a regular part of Dr. Warmans’ life since she was a child. Growing up she loved all sports, particularly volleyball, which she competed in competitively for Durham Attack throughout her high school years. During her clinical internship year at CMCC, she worked at the Bowmanville Medical Centre where she managed a variety of patients and conditions alongside medical doctors, pharmacists and fellow chiropractors.

In practice, Dr. Warman’s goal is to determine the root cause of your issue, and to create individualized treatment plans that are aligned with your health goals. She is diversely trained to use a combination of chiropractic manipulations, gentle joint mobilizations, myofascial release therapy, rehabilitative exercises, and contemporary medical acupuncture to get you back to doing what you love.

Dr. Warman is a firm believer that movement is medicine! In her free time, she enjoys discovering local gyms and trails to hike with her friends and family. Her favourite ways to sweat include spinning, HIIT training, and yoga.
