| Subsequent Treatment (20 minutes): | $55.00 Adult (18-64) | $50.00 Child/Senior (Under 18/65 and over) |
| Spinal Decompression Therapy: | $30.00 (in addition to a subsequent visit) | $55.00 (as a stand alone service) |
| Acupuncture: | $30.00 (in addition to a subsequent visit) | $55.00 (as a stand alone service) |
| Custom Orthotics: | $550.00 |

| Baseline Testing for Concussion | $60.00 (discounts available for team/organization sign-ups. Please contact the clinic for details) |
