Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to patients on our waitlist.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment cost. Please note that late arrivals will also be charged the full treatment cost.

Health & Safety

We are a mask-friendly facility and encourage mask use if you have a cough or cold symptoms. If you would prefer that your provider wear a mask during your treatment, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.
